Joe Khoo and Tommy Yong were childhood friends who shared a dream of becoming entrepreneurs. They were inspired by Amazon’s success in the e-commerce industry and decided to start their venture in 2009. They launched iStore iSend, which provides e-commerce fulfilment services with a fully optimised warehouse management system that automates online operations.
Today, iStore iSend has evolved from a warehouse and fulfilment business to a technology-driven company that develops its Order Management System and Warehouse Management System. It has also expanded its presence across Southeast Asia, including Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines and Singapore.
