What are the criteria to get on the list and how are nominations screened? Here is everything you need to know

THE CRITERIA The first thing we look for in a potential honouree is achievement in the last 18 months.

This can be measured by a number of metrics, including

• Growth of business (measured by customers, revenue, volume). 
• Fundraising success.
• New product or service disrupting an industry.
• Increased geography of impact.

As we cover 20 different categories, we don’t only use one set of metrics.

Success is defined in more than financial terms, so we look at more qualitative measures as well, which include asking whether the nominee has helped to make the world...
