TWO YEARS on from the launch of the world's greatest music, entertainment and popular culture magazine in the UK, the stars came out in force for the inaugural Rolling Stone UK Awards, in collaboration with Rémy Martin.
The Roundhouse in north London's Camden was the chosen venue for a November night to remember, and it proved as iconic a collision of two legendary music brands as you can envisage.
The red carpet was taken over by a buzzing guest list of today's hottest acts, established artists and those currently breaking through.
From Nia Archives, Cat Burns, Rachel Chinouriri, Jodie Harsh and Vick Hope to Harry Judd, Nell Mescal, Mae Muller, AJ Odudu, Billy Porter and Busted, countless stars of screen and stage were chauffeured to the venue in style by our car partner Volvo.
Following a welcome cocktail reception and an epic three-course dinner served to almost 400 guests, at the heart of the incredible music awards show inevitably was stand-out live music.
First to take the stage, after the welcome address, were The Last Dinner Party - who would later win The Rising Star Award, supported by Moving Venue - as they kicked off proceedings with the track 'My Lady of Mercy". "Thank you," they said, "for allowing us to sing about Catholic shame before you've had wine." Fair enough, though it wasn't just wine, it was M&S wine, so we felt no shame at all.
