After passing the country's most stringent anti copying law in Uttarakhand, the Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami reiterated that his government will do everything for free and fair examinations in state.
MOST STRINGENT 'ANTI COPYING LAW' IN COUNTRY

These words clearly express, how government of Uttarakhand is working to eradicate the Nakal Mafia in state.

Keeping the future of youth in mind and after a long demand of the students of state, Uttarakhand government has made very stringent provisions in this anti copying law that those who use unfair means in examination and doing paper leaks are definitely going to be behind the bars.

Chief minister of Uttarakhand Pushkar singh Dhami thanked Governor of state, lieutenant General Gurmeet Singh for giving his node to the Uttarakhand competitive examination (measures for control and prevention of unfair means in recruitment) ordinance 2023. There are very strict provisions in this ordinance for those who do organise crimes such as paper leak and copying.

The ordinance has provisions for fines up to Rs 10 crore to control the menace of copying in state. It also has provisions of life imprisonment or ten years of imprisonment for the guilty. All the properties earned using unfair means will also be seized under this law. Strict action will be taken against those who are involved in leak of the papers of competitive exams also. Considering all these provisions of the ordinance it is termed as country's most stringent anti copying law.

BIG STEP AGAINST ORGANISED NAKAL MAFIA

This law has been brought into action to stop the organised copying and paper leak network. There are strict provisions for using unfair means and organised network of Nakal Mafia. In such cases of organised copying, there are provisions of penalty up to 10 crore rupees and also life imprisonment. All the properties of the guilty persons earned by using unfair means can also be seized under this law.
