Robertson will have the All Blacks back to their best - Deans

Former New Zealand assistant coach Robbie Deans is backing his good friend Scott Robertson to get the Southern Hemisphere giants roaring again following their agonising World Cup Final loss which will still be hurting the rugby-mad fans there eight months on.

Robertson, below right, took over the reins after Ian Foster departed following the failure to lift another Webb Ellis Cup in France last autumn.

And the man who led Crusaders to seven Super Rugby titles before stepping into the international hot seat, has already been busy behind the scenes aiming to put the wheels back on the bangwagon and plotting the downfall of England.

His first big test comes against Steve Borthwick's men in Dunedin in six days time and, having only lost twice before to England on home soil, the whole of New Zealand will expect and demand another win.
