It is for the first time that the Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB) class 10 and 12 exams will be held in February 2025, almost a month early, so as to not clash with the schedule of the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). Early Gujarat-board exams were first proposed from 2023-24 academic year, but were postponed owing to Lok Sabha polls in May 2024. Usually, the Gujarat board exams are held in March, with supplementary exams in June or July.
