Central agencies and the Enforcement Directorate have informally joined Gujarat police in the investigation of the Rs 5,200 crore Mahadev betting app case, which involves high-profile politicians. The police have discovered a link between key accused Saurabh Chandrakar, his associate Bharat Chaudhari and the areas of Patan, Tharad and Palanpur, known for cricket betting activities.
