A Gujarat High Court bench comprising Chief Justice Sunita Agarwal and Justice Pranav Trivedi has ordered a status quo on the acquisition of residential bungalows and plots in the Gokul Vrindavan and Gulmohar Greens Enclave Part-4 societies at Sanathal, Sanand. The properties are slated for acquisition as part of a railway project.
The HC issued the order in response to three petitions filed by bungalow and plot owners, represented by senior counsel Shalin Mehta and Rutul Desai.
