A bench of the Gujarat High Court, consisting of Chief Justice Sunita Agrawal and Justice Pranav Trivedi, has ordered two municipal commissioners of Rajkot, who were in office between 2021 and 2024, to file personal affidavits.
This directive comes after the commissioners failed to comply with assurances made to the court regarding adherence to fire safety norms.
