Justice Sandeep Bhatt of the Gujarat High Court on Tuesday expressed serious concerns about police authorities engaging in transactions of commercial and immovable properties instead of focusing on their primary duty of maintaining law and order. The HC ordered the DGP, DIGs and police commissioners to address these issues and take corrective measures.
