The 73rd Convocation of Maharaja Sayajirao University (MSU), which was held on Sunday at the Convocation Ground, Vadodara, was held without the Chief Guest Vice President Jagdeep Dhankar who could not visit due to former PM Manmohan Singh's death and the 7-day mourning in his honour.
Also present on the occasion were Rajmata Shubhangini Raje Gaekwad of Baroda, Vice Chancellor Prof (Dr) Vijay Srivastava and Registrar Dr KM Chudasma.
