This petition follows an earlier Gujarat High Court ruling that temporarily halted further construction at the club. The High Court's decision was in response to a petition by a plot owner in The Other Side, a luxury villa scheme, who raised concerns about the common plot being allocated to the Sports Club by the developer. The High Court cited violations of specific norms in its stay order.
