Surat police busted a state-wide network of bogus medical degrees, and arrested 13 bogus doctors from various parts of the city. The police conducted searches at offices where fake degree certificates were generated, and seized about 1,500 bogus certificates and rubber stamps. The degrees were sold for Rs 70,000, and even 10th and 12th pass had these bogus doctor degrees.
