Tobacco-to-hotels major ITC on Friday reported a 23.4 per cent year-on-year (YoY) jump in net profit in the December quarter of the current financial year (Q3FY23) to ₹5,006.65 crore from ₹4,056.73 crore in the same quarter last year. The company said it was led by growth across segments Revenue from operations was up 3.56 per cent at ₹19,020.65 crore, managing to beat the Bloomberg consensus estimate of ₹18,837 crore.
The estimate for net income was ₹4,741.8 crore.
