TWO pensioners have won an £80,000 court battle after their Arctic cruise through the Northwest Passage was scrapped because the weather was too cold.
Nicholas Sherman, 76, and wife Rosemary, 75, have spent their retirement travelling around the world.
Mr Sherman, a retired businessman and Rosemary, who worked for their village GP, booked up a Northwest Passage cruise in Arctic Canada.
