Cool way to make big strides

THE discomfort in his joints was driving Wembley Campling mad. He'd been a trucker for four decades but now, retired and 75, he was finding that despite all that time on the road, he couldn't sit back and relax in comfort.

"I was driving lorries for nearly 40 years, and it took its toll on me in one way or another, especially on my joints," he says.

"I had to retire at 63 because I couldn't stand it any longer. It eased off - but it came back to bite me. I was willing to try anything." Regular remedies did little and in the last year or so Wembley became desperate for relief - then he heard about Boswellia, an extract from the Indian frankincense tree used for centuries in Asia and Africa.
