EMMA RADUCANU has backed herself to come good at Wimbledon, insisting: "It's just a matter of when really." The world No.205 has struggled for form and fitness since her 2021 US Open triumph and has not played since an April defeat at the Madrid Masters.
The British No.6 did not enter French Open qualifying so she could get prepared for the grass-court season, which will begin for her with events in Nottingham and Eastbourne.
And in another interview with a sponsor in Grazia magazine, headlined 'Emma Raducanu On Winning Wimbledon', she was upbeat about her chances in her home Grand Slam.
