Eubank Jr has barely spoken to his famous father Chris Sr since asking him to stop meddling in his career several years ago.
The former two-weight world champion has been absent from the build-up to his son’s big clash with bitter rival Benn, above.
But Eubank Jr approached his dad back stage after watching his cousin Harlem Eubank extend his unbeaten record this month.
He admitted his old man refuses to budge on his opposition to his son renewing the family feud with the Benns at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on April 26 — mainly because he feels his boy will be weight-drained.
