Cliff Mitchell kidnapped and raped a woman at knifepoint last September, after binding her with cable ties and taping her mouth.
Jurors heard the former Met PC, 24, laughed at his weeping victim, used an offensive term and said no one would believe her because he was a police officer.
Mitchell was convicted of 10 charges of rape, three of raping a child under 13, kidnap and breach of a non-molestation order at Croydon Crown Court in February.
He must serve at least 13 years and 225 days behind bars for the crimes, which occurred between 2014 and 2023.
