THE mum of a Nottingham knife rampage victim said killers can "get away with murder" as she demanded a change in the law.
Emma Webber said it was "abhorrent" that a murder charge against her son Barnaby's killer was not pursued after he butchered three people and left three seriously injured.
His Majesty's Crown Prosecution Inspectorate has been reviewing the case in response to victims' families' concerns.
