A MUSICIAN who performed a stage move inspired by guitar icon Jeff Beck has been cleared in court - despite a neighbour claiming it was a threatening gesture.
Guitar teacher Raymond Keam, 69, had been in a drawn-out boundary row with Joy Lomax for years.
Her CCTV caught him pretending to shoot himself using his fingers which she took as a warning to her.
Mrs Lomax, who runs a dog training club, claimed Mr Keam, of Runcorn, Cheshire, looked at her "aggressively" in a separate incident as she sat in her car.
