Neil Bowers, 59, sparked alarm among his countryside neighbours when he began storing damaged and burnt-out vehicles on his sprawling property last year.
He also built a huge shed next to his home without planning permission, according to his local council.
Locals had previously criticised his property as "ugly" and "out of char acter" with their rural idyll while describing the new shed as a "monstrosity".
One resident, who did not want to be named, said: "They were shells of cars, not driveable in any state.

"They were burnt-out shells stacked three high.
"The big shed must block out light from people's gardens and it is four times bigger than the horse stable that was there before.
