The single dancer, who is 35 on Sunday, said: "There's two sides to it. Females of our age can have careers and can pursue our passions.
"We can do what we love, be happy and fulfilled on our own and that's beautiful.
"However, on the other side, it doesn't stop our maternal clock or our ageing process, unfortunately. So how do you balance those two things? Here I am, at 35, having an amazing career.
"But thinking of the future, this is the reality of my life."
