PAT LAM'S Bristol are aiming to make a splash against Saracens today after taking tips from Olympic legend Adam Peaty.
The swimmer gave the Bears squad a pep talk during the week thanks to the club's mental skills coach, Tom Bates, who also works with GB Swimming.
Director of rugby Lam displayed a picture of the Premiership table, showing Bristol top after four rounds, and challenged them to stay in pole position.
Then he unveiled Peaty, a three-time Olympic gold medallist, who had been watching training and talked about keeping opponents in your slipstream.
