AN Israeli air strike has killed at least 70 people in the Al-Maghazi refugee camp in central Gaza.
A Hamas spokesman described the aerial assault as "a massacre".
The Israeli military said it was reviewing reports of an incident at the camp and "taking feasible steps to minimise harm to civilians".
A survivor described the attack as "the complete and real extermination of a residential square".
