A CHILDMINDER has admitted killing a baby boy in her care by shaking him.
Karen Foster, 62, was due to go on trial accused of murdering nine-month-old Harlow Collinge in March 2022.
But ahead of a jury being sworn in, she instead pleaded guilty to the lesser charge of manslaughter yesterday.
Foster's plea was accepted by prosecutors following discussions with the youngster's family.
