Eamonn on physical & mental pain amid split from wife Ruth

EAMONN Holmes is feeling physical and mental pain as he struggles to cope with chronic back problems and tries to move forward after his split from Ruth Langsford.

He spoke about standing up and "aiming to walk next" on social media in the past few days.

But when one fan said, "You're doing well, Eamonn", he replied, "If only, but thanks x". Another said they hoped he was feeling better and he replied "trying".

One source said the troubled star is "keeping his head down and just doing work and physio" at the moment.

But it is clear he is unhappy and was seen struggling to make his way into a London cafe in photos taken this week.
