FORMER West Bromwich Albion star Lee Hughes witnessed the violent clashes between fans of his former club and local rivals Wolves during Sunday's derby match.
Police made several arrests and baton-charged supporters when trouble broke out at the FA Cup tie, which led to it being halted for 30 minutes.
Hughes, 47, was with friends at WBA's Hawthorns stadium as the fighting started after Premier League side Wolves scored the second in their 2-0 victory over the Championship outfit.
Before the game he posted a TikTok video, saying: "I've woke (sic) up with butterflies in my stomach. It's derby day. There is no suggestion Hughes was involved in the trouble.
