HOLLY Willoughby has told friends she is taking things "one day at a time" but is ready to return to TV next month.
Insiders say the 42-year-old star will be "treated with kid gloves" after agreeing to return to ITV on Dancing on Ice from January 14.
She quit This Morning in October after learning of an alleged plot to kidnap her.
Following "sympathetic discussions with ITV bosses, she will return alongside friend Stephen Mulhern on the skating show.
It is understood her workload will be kept to a minimum, and there will be no pressure to rush into interviews.
