BRITAIN'S most generous lottery winner says he continues to live frugally after giving away most of his £7.6million prize.
Ray Wragg, 86, and late wife Barbara happily handed out more than £5.5m over the years.
Thousands benefited from the generosity of the couple who had never been abroad until they hit the National Lottery jackpot in 2000.
Unlike many winners money did not lead them astray.
They stayed true to themselves...and stayed happy.
Retired roofer Ray and Barbara, a former nurse, received a special trophy from lottery organisers for their philanthropy.
The couple, from Sheffield, helped their family, friends and more than 17 charities.
Barbara, who died of sepsis in 2018 aged 77, had said their bumper win was "too much for two people".
