ALEX Jones has told how she misses putting her three young children to bed due to her role as The One Show host.

But despite having to juggle her job and family life, the 47-year-old insists she will stay on the BBC programme for as long as she can.

Alex, who celebrates 14 years on the show in August, has Teddy, seven, Kit, five, and two-year-old Annie with husband Charlie Thomson, who she wed in 2015.

She said: "I suffer from terrible mum guilt, but that's the nature of my work. All I can do is my best.
