MADELEINE McCann suspect Christian Brueckner is in the ""top league of dangerousness", a psychiatrist has told a court.
The German paedophile is suspected of abducting and killing three-year-old Madeleine in Praia da Luz, Portugal, 17 years ago.
She disappeared from her family's apartment during a holiday in the Algarve in May 2007.
Brueckner currently serving a is seven-year prison term for raping an American pensioner in the Portuguese resort.
