The snapshot survey ranked Evri and Yodel as the worst carriers.
But none of the delivery firms including DPD, Royal Mail and Amazon Logistics managed three stars out of a possible five.
Citizens Advice commissioned the report, which polled 8,000 people who had received a parcel in the past month.
