The new Hammers boss (above) is expected to use winger Mohammed Kudus in a central role when he takes charge of his first home game tonight, with Niclas Fullkrug joining Michail Antonio and Jarrod Bowen in the treatment room.

While Potter is exploring the possibility of using midfielder Lucas Paqueta up front, Danny Ings, 32, is the only recognised No.9 currently fit, but he has lasted 90 minutes of a league game just once in two years.
