STEPHEN Lawrence’s dad Neville has told how he wants to grill his son’s killer David Norris at his parole board hearing.
He also believes the thug should not be freed from jail until he shows true remorse and names everyone else who took part in the 1993 racist murder of the 18-year-old student.
Norris was finally jailed for a minimum of 14 years and three months in September 2012.
Because of time spent on remand it means that minimum term ends in December. He has now made a request for parole and a hearing is to take place in the coming months.
It would pave the way for the killer to rebuild his life aged just 47.
Neville, 82, said last night: "I have written a statement and hope to be able to read it at the parole hearing.
"I want to know if he has any remorse for what he did. If he is freed, is he going to live an ordinary life and not commit further crimes?
"Is he sorry for what he has done? People in prison should show remorse seeing as these people have taken 31 years of my life. He needs to say to the family he is sorry for the pain he has caused us.
"And he should say who else was involved, he should name them."
Stephen was stabbed to death by up to six thugs shouting "what, n*****?" as he waited for a bus with pal Duwayne Brooks at a bus stop in Eltham, South East London.
