Court hears about couple's financial troubles

STRICTLY star Kristina Rihanoff and her partner Ben Cohen are so in debt they are "fighting not to lose their relationship and their home", a court heard.

Mr Cohen, who was in the England team that won the Rugby World Cup in 2003, appeared as a witness as Rihanoff, 46, appealed against a conviction for driving her £30,000 Audi uninsured.

At Northampton Crown Court, Mr Cohen, 45, said he was responsible for insuring their cars. He had ignored a text from his insurance firm in March warning they were about to cancel the policy.
