A GIRL who fell into septic shock after being bitten by pharaoh ants in her bedroom says she is "too scared" to go back to her flat.
Rayanne Turay, 15, began to suffer organ failure after being bitten and spent a week in hospital. But despite pleas to be rehoused, the local council had allegedly said she and her mother had to return to the flat.
Rayanne, 15, fears falling ill again if she goes back to her bedroom.
She told the Mirror: "I've been having nightmares. I'm traumatised about going back home because I'm scared I'll get bitten and become septic again.
"I've stopped eating. I'm constantly thinking about what happened to me.
"I feel like I can't go back to being my normal self until I know we will be rehoused somewhere else.
