WHEN wedding photographer Stacey Macleod's business ground to a halt during the Covid lockdown she found a release watching the glitz and glamour of the multimillion dollar homes being sold on hit show Selling Sunset.

Three years on, Stacey is bidding to follow in the designer heels of Selling Sunset's Chrishell Stause thanks to a new Apprentice-style property show fronted by a friend and former business acquaintance of Lord Alan Sugar.

The Renfrew mum of two is one of eight aspiring estate agents battling it out on new Channel 4 show Selling Super Houses for the job of a lifetime.

The series sees property mogul and former Tottenham Hotspur vice-chairman Paul "PK" Kemsley set the trainees a series of property selling-related challenges that will help him decide who to employ as a superprime real estate agent within his property agency RIB.

Stacey, 33, would love to become Scotland's Chrishell.

She said: "When Covid came and my business took a hit I had to find something else to secure a life for me and my daughter.

"I remember being unable to work during lockdown, thinking, 'Where am I going to go from here, then binge watching Selling Sunset in a day and going, 'That job must be absolutely unbelievable.

I would love to do something like that.
