ANOTHER One Bites the Dust was the song of choice blaring out from the Scotland dressing room during post-match celebrations after an extraordinary Euro 2024 qualifier against Georgia.
Four wins on the spin from the start of a campaign for the first time ever and it was left to Billy Gilmour to add to the euphoria by insisting his history makers have now set their sights on finishing top of Group A.
The Brighton midfielder was immense as he picked his passes through a puddle-laden waterlogged Hampden pitch to help take the points tally to 12 points at the halfway stage.
The Scots are now eight points clear, with favourites Spain on just three points but with two games in hand.
It's a measure of the momentum surge within this squad that the playmaker refused to toe a cautious party line when asked if being table toppers was now on the cards.
He said: "Can we win the group? It's possible. We have started really well.
We have to take each game as it comes but we want to win every match. So why not? Reaching the Euros is a real possibility now.
"We want to be there and we can't lie about that. Hopefully we can finish strong and make sure we are in Germany. There is a confidence among the boys and we know what we want to do. Everyone knows the aim.
"We have a good enough team. We have great players throughout the squad and we want to be in Germany. There are no two ways about it. We have a lot of quality but there is pressure in every game.
