An employment tribunal heard the teenager's colleagues "gossiped" about her real hair at work in Dundee and that there was "intense curiosity" and "salacious interest” in what was underneath her wig.
The 18-year-old was then “humiliated” when Alsafar, 50, repeated his demands and tried to pull it off by grabbing strands of it.
