JOE LEWIS believes his old club are in for a bounty bigger than the £6.8million banked from Bojan Miovski's sale - because he's a £30m man in waiting.
The North Macedonian flew out to Spain yesterday for a medical and to complete his move to a Girona side who were third in La Liga last season.
Aberdeen will land a clubrecord fee, eclipsing the sale of Calvin Ramsay to Liverpool two years ago. But his former team-mate believes this switch is just the start and he has all the tools to get goals at Girona to spark a bigger move.
And if that were to be the case, the Dons would cash in because they have negotiated a sell-on into this sale.
Ex-Pittodrie keeper Lewis said: "The thing about Bojan is he has a sell-on value.
"If he does well and scores goals in La Liga, the next move could be £25-30m.
"He has all the attributes but he has to stay sharp and injury free. And that's the one thing about Bojan - he's always on the pitch. He was never injured at Aberdeen.
"His attitude, when there has been a lot of uncertainty over his future, has been first class.
