Do you like to see a wee one bend over and struggling in school shoes, cotton panties & white socks?

A TOP sheriff was caught making sexual and racist remarks about a porn film while training judges in an online video conference.
Do you like to see a wee one bend over and struggling in school shoes, cotton panties & white socks?

Alistair Duff was overhead making the vile comments while three shocked justices of the peace listened in horror.

Duff had been leading an online training day for justices over WebEx from his Edinburgh home.

But the 69-year-old, who previously represented Lockerbie bomber Abdelbaset al-Megrahi, forgot to mute his microphone during a lunch break.

When a trio of justices logged back into the call early, Duff was heard to say: “Do you like to see a wee one bend over and struggle in school shoes, white socks and cotton panties?”

He later said, “Do you like them with pale skin?” and “Do you like them with brown skin?”

Uttering a racist term, Duff also said: “Wee P***. Lucky c***”.”

Two of the justices reported the incident to police.

An investigation later traced a man from Leven, Fife, now deceased, who was on a call with Duff at the time of the training.

The man had been watching a porn film which involved an adult male and female.

Shamed Duff appeared at Edinburgh Sheriff Court yesterday and pled guilty to a breach of the peace charge after turning up for the hearing with his face masked.

He is a former Law Society of Scotland and Parole Board for Scotland board member and served on the Fitness for Judicial Office Tribunal, which rules on judicial misconduct.

He was appointed a sheriff in 2004.
