A MEDICAL team is to fly out to Indonesia to help bring home a Scots beautician who was left fighting for her life after a horror scooter crash in Bali.
Charlene Morrissey, from Airdrie, has been in a hospital on the island in South East Asia for more than two weeks.
The 33-year-old was seriously injured after her scooter collided with a car on Sunday, July 21. The horror crash saw the beauty influencer knocked from her vehicle and into the path of a lorry, which drove over her arm.
She has since had multiple surgeries and several blood transfusions as doctors have battled to save her life.
Charlene’s family yesterday shared footage of her walking for the first time since the smash.
