A WORKER who was among 35 people injured when a US naval ship tipped over in a Scots dry dock has spoken about the "scary" incident.
Constantin Pogor, 48, was thrown across the bridge of research vessel the RV Petrel. He suffered a dislocated elbow and fractured pelvis, and is still being treated for his injuries. The Romanian is among several people hurt who are considering legal action over the incident.
