A FAMILY has been left stranded in Turkey after being kicked off a Jet2 flight over an allergic reaction rash.

Mum-of-four Alyson Forsyth says they have been "treated like criminals" after they were frogmarched out of Dalaman Airport by armed police late on Tuesday night.

Alyson, from Denny, near Falkirk, had boarded the flight home and was attempting to give her daughter Halle antibiotics when they were approached by an air stewardess.

She explained that the 10-year-old had suffered an allergic reaction after a stray cat had rubbed against her legs at the Jet2 Julian Forest resort earlier that day.

But moments later Alyson, husband Gary Mochrie, 40, their daughter Halle and disabled son Gary Jnr, 12, were told they weren't allowed to fly.

Alyson said: "We were treated like criminals because my daughter had an allergic reaction to a stupid cat and was given antibiotics for a rash. I explained that we had been staying at Jet2's Julian Forest resort when it happened.
