RISHI Sunak has said the safe consumption room (DCR) in Glasgow won't work.
The Prime Minister said the UK Government does not support the proposals for a multi-million pound facility in the east end of Glasgow.
The £2.3million facility is planned for Hunter Street and would allow users to take their own illegal drugs in a hygienic environment with medical staff on hand.
