THE real-life "Martha" from hit TV show Baby Reindeer has slammed trolls who have threatened to kill her after she told her story in the Daily Record.
We revealed yesterday how the woman was in fear of her life after being identified online by fans of the series desperate to hunt down the woman who stalked comedian Richard Gadd.
She now claims the trolls have continued their vicious assault on her after speaking out.
And she believes those attacking her are like a religious cult, saying: "These people are nutters. It's a cult FEARFUL Record's story yesterday thing like the Moonies. I've had to block people who say they are determined to stalk me the same way I am stalking them.
"Apparently, I play with baby reindeers all day." She added: "What upsets me is that some of these stalkers could be dangerous. They could be violent. I could be killed.
"I'm not suicidal. I'm not the type, but I think this would have driven anyone else to suicide. I really do." The woman, a 58-year-old Scots graduate who lives in London, admits Gadd has based his one-man show and subsequent TV drama on her.
The Record understands she was given a police caution for harassing the comic.
