Eubank Jr as hungry as ever ahead of Smith rematch

CHRIS EUBANK JR could be on Love Island rather than facing a cauldron of hate if he didn't still have the motivation to make his mark in boxing.

The Brighton middleweight is out for revenge against Liam Smith when they face each other in a rematch tonight at Manchester Arena.

Former world light-middleweight champion Smith, 35, caused an upset when he stopped Eubank Jr in January.

It left the son of the twoweight world champion Chris Sr licking his wounds, but he refused to walk away with only revenge on his mind.

And he believes it is just another hurdle he has had to overcome in his life. He was afforded the riches his father had earned in the ring, but it has come with a target on his back from his days as a kid when his old man would drop him at school in a huge truck wearing a monocle.
