HANK Azaria revealed he and late Friends star Matthew Perry were like brothers when making their breakthroughs as young actors.
He told how the actor, found dead at his home on Saturday aged 54, was his first pal when he moved to Los Angeles.
Azaria - Phoebe's love interest David in the hit 90s sitcom - was 21 when he did a pilot with Perry, then just 16.
In a video, the 59-year-old said: "We became really good friends and we were really more like brothers for a long time.
"We drank a lot together, we laughed a lot together. He was as funny as he was on Friends. The funniest man ever."
