Friends pay tribute to tragic teen

WARM tributes have been paid to a teenage farmer who died in a single-vehicle smash.

Alan Cameron, 19, was driving a Renault Clio when it crashed between Ardgenavan and Clachan, in Argyll, at about 9pm on Sunday.

Emergency services were called to the incident but he was pronounced dead at the scene.

Alan, from Inveraray, was a well-known Highland cow handler at Cladich Fold, in Dalmally, and took award-winning bulls to the Royal Highland Show each year.

Tributes to the teen were paid on social media.
